Vietnam Scenic Spot. Hanoi, Vietnam's capital, is one of the most famous lakes of all sizes. It is located in the downtown area of Hanoi, with a narrow, elliptical north-south shape and an area of about 12 hectares. In the past, there were waterways connected with the Red River not far from the east, which was later cut off by riverbanks. The trees around the lake shore are green and shady. The lake is as clear as a mirror, elegant and quiet, with an average water depth of about 1.5 meters. Along the shore, there are pen pagodas, wind pagodas, water pavilions and other ancient buildings. In the water, there are Yushan Temple, Qixuqiao Bridge, Zhenboting Pavilion and Turtle Pagoda and other scenic spots, which are the first scenic spot in Hanoi. Huanjian Lake was originally a tributary of the Er River, and later became a lake because of the siltation of the channel of the Tonger River on both sides of its north and east. Li and Chen were called Green Water Lake during the two dynasties. Later, the lake was renamed Shuijun Lake as a place for training and reviewing the navy. It was also once renamed Zuowang Lake. Legend has it that before the uprising of Lili Blue Mountain, Taizu of the Li Dynasty in 1418, he drew a sword in the lake and inscribed the word "Shuntian". Ten years later, when Lili, who had been called emperor, was sailing in the naval lake, he suddenly saw a turtle surfacing and swimming to the side of the boat. Lili drew his sword and cut it off, and the turtle dived into the bottom with a sword in its mouth. Li Li ordered people to drain water and search for swords, but there were no swords and turtles in the water. People said that the turtles had to return their swords, and the name of the lake was changed to Jianhu. Later, it was said that the sword was returned by the fairy and inserted into the lake. The sword handle remained on the water. Now it is a small Pagoda in the center of the lake. On Yushan Island in Huanjian Lake, there is an ancient temple, Yushan Temple, which is also one of Hanoi's scenic spots. Yushan Island is round and named for its appearance of jade. The ancient temple on the island, named after the island, was built at the end of the Li Dynasty. It was named Yushan Temple when it was first built. When Shaozhi was destroyed and rebuilt in 1843, the temple was changed into a shrine to worship Emperor Guan, and the three saints of Emperor Chen Guojun and Emperor Wenchang were rejuvenated. In 1865, Ruan Wenchao, a writer of the Ruan Dynasty, presided over the renovation of the Jade Mountain Temple, and built the nearby town of Boting, Qixu Bridge, pen tower and inkstone platform. Qixu Bridge is a wooden arch bridge connecting Yushan Temple on the East Bank of the lake. The pen tower, named for its brush-like top, was built on the Peach Beak Hill on the East Bank of the lake, five stories high. Inkstone is a large inkstone-shaped stone built at the entrance of the pen tower to the Yushan Temple. The gate of the pen tower is composed of four stone pillars. The top of the four pillars is also brush-like. The middle two pillars are higher, and the middle is a passage. There are Chinese characters on the pillars. On the door of Yushan Temple is a small and exquisite pavilion, known as the Moon Tower. The ancestral temple is connected with Qixu Bridge. There is also a big gray marble pillar in Jianhu Lake, with eight sandalwood archs stretched out half-waist, supporting a temple, which is the famous "Duzhu Temple". The temple is made of precious local timber, surrounded by a circle of short balustrades, with staircases beside the temple, a slight upward warping of the eaves, and 70 176 of the corners of the temple. The body of the temple is small and exquisite, and its structure is symmetrical. Duzhu Temple was built in the Li Dynasty in 1049. It has been rebuilt many times in the past thousand years. The existing ancient temple was rebuilt in 1955. Although it is smaller than the original one, its artistic style still maintains the original temple style. Duzhu Temple is famous in Vietnam. Many handicraft, silverware, lacquerware and embroidery, as well as lace of other works of art, are printed with beautiful patterns of Duzhu Temple. The turtle Pagoda in Huanjianhu is also a thousand-year-old monument in Hanoi. It is said that it is the sword handle returned by the immortal. Looking from afar is like a hand stretched out from the lake. It is named for its construction on the turtle hill in the lake. The tower is not very tall.
