Harbin - great experience for a winter getaway. Tried the famous ice cream, ate at the well known Harbin 1907 restaurant, took amazing photos in the lit up streets as well as outside the St Sofia Church. Also explored the Ice and Snow world and saw the tigers at Sun Island. So much to see and do.
#holidayvacation the most breathtaking place I have ever seen! photos don’t show how beautiful it really was. I have wanted to go here for so long and I couldn’t recommend it enough. Truly amazing
At night, the light is shining and the ice world has another scene. From giant beer bottles to pagodas, temples, lofts, and castles, the layout of the entire scenic spot is chaotic.
Because of the high temperature, the tripod I held on the ice dropped a little bit as the ice melted, and I was worried that the ice under my feet would collapse. It is said that the park will be closed the next day!
Harbin Ice and Snow World is a destination that cannot be missed! It offers a variety of ice sculptures, snow entertainment projects and theme performances. The attraction holds an annual ice and snow theme carnival, which is opened from Christmas to early March. Here, you can admire the beautiful ice sculptures and snow sculptures that light up at night immersing you in a fairyland. You can also enjoy a variety of snow-themed entertainment rides that gives you added thrill to the already stunning views you have there.
1. The prices of food and beverages inside the entertainment park are relatively high and therefore it is not recommended that you take your meals there. 2. If you are stopping over at the Ice & Snow World, do make sure that you are properly equipped with winter clothing, thick gloves, hat and anti- slip footwear. 3. Please try not to lose your ticket as it is used for your entry to the rides and other activities within the park.
