My absolute favourite when it comes to having sushi in Denmark - and as mentioned above, difficult for the other sushi (those I have been to at least) restaurants/chains to meet the same level. Even took my Mom (+70 yrs) there to introduce her to sushi, and with the support of a very helpfull waiter giving good introductions to the dishes, she is also now into sushi (not with the chopsticks, though:-). Always fresh fish, good choices and a good service. My favourite fish is tuna, and the Hells Kitchen-roll (kaburimaki) is always one of my chosen dishes. I also enjoy the Ebi Panko - and of course the tuna tartar (? scraped tuna?). Also their sticks are difficult to choose between due to the huge variety. If you are lucky and they serve the &quot;handroll with soft shell crab&quot; - go for it! It is a speciality and really good; regrettably not always on their menu. If you understand Danish, I am quite sure you will also enjoy their T-shirts; always interesting quotes, at times with fun &amp; ironic wording, and at other times the quotes gives you something to consider; part of their image. When I travel to Hong Kong sushi is always on the menu - and I really enjoy having Sticks N Sushi nearby, when I am at home craving for delicious sushi..

The food was up to the usual high standard of this chain of restaurants and the service was better than their average. The restaurant is divided between two small circular buildings one mostly dealing with take-away order plus drinks and the other dining only. There is an outdoor seating area between the two. The shape of the restaurant building dictates purpose made furniture - very attractive but the tables (for 4 people) are tapered i.e. those sitting in the inner most part have noticeable less room. The booking confirmation contains a warning that it is likely that parties of 2 or 3 will have to share a table with others. There is not much room between the tables. There is a single toilet for the restaurant. Very popular and people were being turned away on a Tuesday evening so booking advisable. The online booking system is easy to use and works well. Tables have an allocated time of 2 hours which is normally adequate.
