Super découverte!!!! Very innovative but accessible dishes with focus on season and local produce. Lieu jaune dish was perfectly balanced and peas / dashi from monkfish to die for. Fingers desert was definitely worth the wait - again attention to detail on the plate, quality of ingredients shows a chef with passion for produce and eye for beauty! Wine list very reasonable price range and good choice of bio wines. Surprised to hear the restaurant only opened 2,5 months ago and if they keep up this standard, very soon this will vaut le detour.
