We found this place by assistance from the people at Hassei, since we had to wait for a long time to get a seat in their restaurant. The okonomiyaki with both soba and udon noddles were good. We found the soba noddles variant the best one. It was a quite limited english menu, but pictures in the Japanese version helped us to choose something additional as well. The service was good but the English speaking was limited.
I have been there a few times with friends, and the taste is so-so, nothing amazing, but the environment and service are quite good, the environment is very warm and elegant.
It's too general, and the price is not so cute when it comes to paying the bill.
