What a great experience! We finally found Vietnamese pancakes here!!! This restaurant is located on the second floor near the Nikolai Vietel Hotel. When you go upstairs, you can see some traditional oriental elements and decorations. We arrived around 2 o&#39;clock, not many people, sitting in the seats to enjoy the scenery. The staff here are helpful and friendly. We ordered papaya salad, fish balls and traditional Vietnamese pancakes. They were all delicious! Pancakes were the highlight of this meal! Great!!!!! Prices are higher here than elsewhere but the portion is really bigger. The atmosphere is warm and the staff are very young and they always welcome me with a warm smile. The boss is friendly and sometimes comes out of the kitchen to check your food. They also have a lunch package that costs VND 150,000 and will cut a burrito into small pieces. There is also a salad and a brownie in the package, so I said the price is fair. Brownie is a bit too sweet, the other tastes good.
