The restaurant is still very nice and the night is very busy.
Sometimes quiet, sometimes fussy, The Decibel is your go-to-go place for aperos, unfair blind tests, 80's & 90's parties, movies projection, artists live performances, art exhibitions, tapas, hairy meals of the day. How can you say no to that ?
We went tonight to check out the free food and we're delighted. The deal is a free meal cooked by volunteers with a drink purchase. Happy hour is 5 - 8 pm and free food is from 8 on a 1st come 1st served basis. We enjoyed a delicious Chicken curry but it was not a huge serve so we supplemented with some snacks. One of those was an excellent Hummus. We will definitely be back.
A friend and I met here for lunch, from what I see they always have the same set menu for lunch. They were quite busy, the staff were friendly and well presented. I decided to have the Carbonara, it was actually a decent serving size and was pretty good. One of my friends had the Pasta with Mushroom sauce, hers was quite bland and left a lot to desire. The table we sat at outside had seen better days and was swollen from water damage around the edges, because of this I had a skin irritation and I be sitting at any of those tables if I decide to return.
