I had a great dinner at Xu Restaurant. We chose the 7-course set menu called Vietnam Heritage without wine. This is a journey about food, we can try 6 dishes from 6 different provinces.
The store is not big, the food is boutique, the Vietnamese food is decent, the waiter is very good, often help pour water.
The owner is Japanese, so the shop is very clean and air-conditioned. Although there are only two small air-conditioners, is the bird better than nothing? The dishes inside are nice and exquisite, but they look very clean and taste more refreshing.
