La Maison 的 Hot Chocolate 有两款选择。Caracas 是最浓郁，Guayaquil 带云呢拿香，送到面前香郁扑鼻，口感有点像饮 mousse，非常满足散点的Financier 没有期望的好，远不及 Eric Kayser 的出品Macarons补错，质感软棉没有过甜。Salvador 野莓口味，自然酸香溶化口中，十分讨好。
