About Ngong Ping 360

Ngong Ping 360 is a gondola lift on Lantau Island in Hong Kong. It consists of the Ngong Ping Cable Car and the Ngong Ping Village, a retail and entertainment center adjacent to the cable car's upper station. Ngong Ping 360 connects Tung Chung, on the north coast of Lantau and itself linked to central Hong Kong by the Tung Chung Line, with the Ngong Ping area in the hills above. Ngong Ping is home to the Po Lin Monastery and the Tian Tan Buddha, both significant tourist attractions in their own right. Ngong Ping 360 is a fun way to see Lantau Island and enjoy some beautiful Hong Kong landscapes.

Ngong Ping 360 is a cable car from Tung Chung Station to Lantau Island, near the airport. You can come by taxi or take s1. In hot weather, taxi is still recommended. Airport and other buses are relatively hot. In other seasons, you can take s1. It's very convenient to go from the terminal to the terminal. Generally, it won't exceed 20 minutes. There are two kinds of cable cars to choose from. One is crystal cable car, the other is ordinary cable car. Crystals are more expensive, fewer people are sitting, and the queue is fast. For those who have economic ability, it is suggested to take the crystal cable car with few people. They are sitting in the cable car with transparent glass on the soles of their feet. Ordinary cable car is better for fear of heights. In fact, the two ride experience is similar, but nothing more, a transparent base, an opaque, foot scenery is not good to see where to go. At least online ticket purchase is still a problem of on-site ticket purchase. I must say that online ticket purchase is good, why, cheap. On-site ticket purchase and online ticket purchase are arranged in one lane. There is no question of who is quick or who is slow at different windows. Of course, the lower price will get it. I bought two tickets to and from the Crystal Car, about 300 fast, and also sent a Hong Kong telephone card. If you want to go to Da'ao Fishing Village, there is no need to buy round-trip tickets.

Ngong Ping cable car is worth the purchase. I had bought a fast pass off get your guide for £15, this was for a glass bottom car. There was 6 of us in a car, it was incredible. You have 360 degree views across the waters and can listen to the free audio message which lasts the duration of crossing the water (around 20mins). You get informed of things around you and below you, it’s fascinating!Only downside was the queue which was just over an hour queue for a fast pass ticket.

Being an acrophobic, I thought riding the cable car would be a bad idea, but it turned out to be so amazing and fun. We chose the standard cable instead. It took for how many minutes before we got to the Ngong Ping Village. I super enjoyed the view and the scenery from up there. Ngong Ping village is another story to tell. Visiting this place enabled us to know Hong Kong more as it portrays the other side of the country.

Go to Tung Chung, follow the staff's instructions and quickly go to the second floor. Ticket change and ticket purchase are separated into two teams. Because today is the sixth day of the year, or public holidays, there are still more people. We arrived at noon. Maybe the staff just came back from lunch and opened two more windows in time, so it was not long before they succeeded in changing tickets. After changing tickets, we have to queue up again. This time, there are two lines of sub-standard carriages and crystal carriages. Because the number of standard carriages is more than that of crystal carriages, it will be relatively faster. We got on the Crystal Cable Car 30 minutes later. The special thing about the Crystal Car is that the bottom of the Car is transparent, but there is no fear of heights. When changing tickets, the staff will tell us that the time for picking up the cable car is 6 p.m., but we will go down at about 2 p.m. Maybe this time is too early. There are few people, so we can get on the cable car right away. On the way, the scenery was good, but because of the fog, the Buddha didn't see very clearly. It was interesting to see the plane taking off and landing along the way.

Arrived at Angping Island at 10 a.m., online tickets need not be queued, but directly changed tickets. Crystal carriages queued for 45 minutes and arrived in about 20 minutes. Baolian Zen Temple ate vegetarian vegetarian food, 150 Hong Kong paper a person with invoices on the Buddha can see the Sariko. After descending the mountain, turn right to the mood bamboo forest and walk for about 20 minutes.

Go to Angping 360. Whether you buy tickets on the spot or online, you have to queue up for paper tickets. Then queue up on the cable car. It's quite exciting to take a crystal cable car. You can see yourself on the ground and take a leap. In midair. Through the glass under your feet you can see the trestle Road on the hill. Forest on the hill. The scenery is very good. It feels like the traveling distance of the cable car is about 20 minutes. Uh huh. A full view of Hong Kong Airport can be seen above the cable car. You can also see the whole picture of the Buddha. You can also see people climbing at their feet. You can also see the sea in the distance. The scenes were spectacular.

Hong Kong Angping cable car is absolutely worth visiting. No matter how you experience the crystal box, one is that there are few queues, the other is that you can see the scenery at your feet through the bottom of the box. It's really beautiful! Ordinary cable car can sit everywhere, crystal box is my first time to sit, feeling very good. When we came out early, our family sat alone in the cable car, sitting and lying in the photo, very comfortable! It is suggested that friends who want to go to the hotel must book tickets online in advance, which can save a lot of time. The queue for buying tickets on the spot is too long. If you buy a crystal box, you can save time. Maybe because some people are afraid of sitting in the crystal box and the price is too expensive, but there are fewer people queuing up and down the mountain, which saves a lot of time.

The price is quite reasonable. We have to go on Saturdays because of travel problems. If other friends go, please avoid holidays!!! If time is a problem, we must go earlier!!! We arrived at Lantau Island at noon, people are good -------------- more --- even if it is not efficient to buy tickets online, but it is much faster than the people who buy tickets on the spot, haha! I bought a crystal warehouse, but I didn't see a good view because of the fog. The big Buddha statue in the Lotus Temple is very beautiful! Among the crowds, sitting on the top of the hill is solemn and awe-inspiring! ___________ Arriving at Da'ao around 3 p.m., the village feels good. It's lucky to see the pink dolphins. Very good-looking! The people in the boat are very excited! Fish balls in fishing villages are very good. The things in the market are very expensive! __________ It's already 5 o'clock to take the bus back to Lianhua Temple by cable car, and there's a long queue at the peak of crowds.. It's really helpless to queue up. In a word, it's a good day! _______

A scenic spot worth visiting is that there are few mainland tourists and no scenic spots to be visited by tour groups. There are a lot of foreigners in this place. They can basically take a cable car with foreigners. The scenery is really beautiful. You can have a long view of Hong Kong International Airport and see the beautiful sea scenery of the take-off and landing of airplanes and the South China Sea. It's really beautiful.
