Sanjiang White Pagoda

Sanjiang White Tower is located on the hill in the east of Sanjiang Town, 13 kilometers south of Jingyan County, Leshan City. It sits north to south. The tower is a dense masonry-like wood-like structure, beautiful and elegant. According to the 14th of "Rongxian Zhi ． Jinshi", the maintenance record of the tower in the Southern Song Dynasty (1206 AD). Therefore, the Sanjiang White Tower was built at least 800 years ago. According to history, every year the tower has the title of the Wild Goose Pagoda, and there is a "Wild Goose Pagoda" under the tower. The title of the monument has more than 200 people, (this monument was destroyed in the 1980s). Since the resumption of the college entrance examination, before the college entrance examination, there are always many students who come to the tower to worship incense under the leadership of their families. The tower is a quadrangle 13-level dense hollow brick tower structure, a total of 13 floors, through height 29.6 meters, the tower is quadrangle, the base side is long 9.75 meters, wide 9.11 meters, the inner tower ventricle is five floors, the wall is painted with Buddhist story murals, there are ladders to the 10th floor, the 1st to the 10th floor outside the tower, Each side is brick four pillars and three imitation wood construction, pillar head decoration a bucket three-liter bucket arch, each floor has a small window for temporary view. In May 2013, it was listed in the seventh batch of key cultural relics protection units nationwide.
