Huntington Beach Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in Apr)
One of the very best getaways for a beach vacation
in California is sunny Huntington Beach. With many
diverse sports such as surfing, biking, boating,
skateboarding, fishing, golf, tennis, and beach
volleyball – everyone can get into the game and find
something to enjoy. Even after the sun goes down,
you’ll find something to do on Huntington Beach.
Even the briefest of family beach vacations to
Huntington Beach should include a visit to the
International Surfing Museum, where some of the
most treasured surfing artifacts are stored.
Other attractions ideal for Huntington Beach include
the Huntington Beach art center, and the surfers
hall of fame. There are plenty of other things to
do here besides the beach, which is perfect for
families who want more to do than swim.
Kids of all ages will enjoy a trip to Huntington
Central Park, which is one of the largest city parks
in Southern California. With picnic tables,

The palace was founded in 1181 and is one of the oldest royal palaces in Europe. You can find Islamic art, Moorish details and Gothic influences fused from the ceramic tiles and gold ceilings. If you think Real Alcazar de Seville looks familiar, yes, Game of Throne used to film here.
Arrive at the Real Alcázar de Seville earlier as the queue is always long.

Stay in this district-Barrio Santa Cruz- for lunch. This used to be the former Jewish quarter where narrow streets and whitewashed houses create the most picturesque part of the city. Sit outside of a restaurant or bars. Sip beers with local tapas to watch the world go by.

Translated to “Gold Tower” in English, the tower has been guarding the Guadalquivir River since the 13th century. Some believe that the tower got its name from the façade's reflections, while others would argue that it refers to the fortune that Spain got from its American colonies.

Located in Maria Luisa Park, the plaza was built for the 1929 Ibero-American Expo. Spend most of your time here. Stroll at the park and rest on the tiled bench nearby a fountain. Look out for statues or banks of tiles. They are all deserved a careful appreciation.
