After our first experience here, we decided to invite friends to our wedding reception. We knew it wouldn&rsquo;t disappoint us, it was worth the price. Service was impeccable and food was super delicious. Really the best restaurant in Alsace.

Auberge de l&#39;ill Michelin Samsung is located in a small town called Illhaeusern, backed by the Sunrise Mountains, facing the branch of the Rhine: &ldquo;ill.&rdquo; Founded by the Haeberlin family, the restaurant has a history of 150 years, the chef&#39;s grandfather won Samsung in 1967, the chef&#39;s father ranked fourth among the major chefs, and the family has maintained Samsung for 50 years for four generations, second only to the great god Bocuse. Every dish is very innovative, especially exquisite, lobster and lamb are simply delicious, and the desserts are amazing! Nous avons pris le Menu tradition avec vin en accord.Nous avons go&ucirc;t&eacute; des vins que nous ne connaissions pas du tout. Le repas &eacute;tait sans reproche et on nous a m&ecirc;me propos&eacute; d&rsquo;emmener le restant de pain fait maison. Un restaurant que nous recommandons.

We took the Menu Tradition with wine in agreement.We tasted wines that we didn&#39;t know at all. The meal was unreproachable and we even were offered to bring the rest of bread made home. A restaurant we recommend.

A very pretty restaurant with fine food and service.  There is a reason it was so full on a Monday afternoon!  The outside seating  in the courtyard of the hotel was particularly desirable.
