Fine dining on the Hobart waterfront we had a delicious dinner here last night. The food was exquisite. Every ingredient on the plate has its own uses including salty shrubs. Every taste is memorable. We have a few dishes to share: lamb buttocks, roasted leeks with corn porridge (vegetarian), roast potatoes and roast broccoli. Finally ended with a delicious coffee. A great dining experience , as always.  I have dined there many times and is the first place I take friends and visitors to Tassie for a first class meal.  Cannot, nor choose to fault it.  Reasonable prices for good quality food.  I would recommend it to anyone who likes Indian style food.
