Yalu River Border Railway Bridge
45 Reviews
Built by the Japanese, the Yalu River Border Railway Bridge is located in Ji'an City, Jilin Province. The main scenic spot is a four-story bunker which is rarely found in China. During the war to resist U.S. aggression and aid Korea, the voluntary army entered into DPRK through this bridge. The bridge withstands the War of Resistance Against Japan, the Liberation War and the war to resist U.S. aggression and aid Korea. Its trail of damages left by the bombardment by the U.S. during Korea War evidences the history. On the bridge, one can enjoy the local customs and practices across the river, and the local features. Visitors can experience crossing the border between China and DPRK with only one step on the border river, border bridge and border dam.

Botanical Garden
In the northeast, when people speak of canola flowers, thoughts automatically drift towards the Thousand Acres of Canola Flower. This is an important tourism spot on the banks of the Yalu River. It is a comprehensive service area that is comprised of floral sightseeing, watersports, special dining and accommodation services and nighttime bonfire parties. The blossoms of the canola flower are quite spectacular. With the winding Yalu River flowing through the land, it resembles a golden ocean. The flowers—in a rich yellow tone—along the banks of the Yalu River when combined with the deep blue sky and the pastoral landscapes of the nearby villages form a beautiful painting that is beautiful both from close up and from far away.
