About Ji'an: Ji’an City is under the jurisdiction of Tonghua City in Jilin Province. Ji’an is located at the foot of Changbai Mountain in the southeast of Jilin Province. The city faces onto the Yalu River that separates China from the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. Ji’an was once the site of the ancient Goguryeo kingdom's capital city. Ji’an’s Wunü Peaks National Forest Park is adjacent to the bank of the Yalu River and the Laoling Mountain Range at the southern foot of Changbai Mountain. The forests within the park are rich in natural resources. Most feature unspoilt landscapes that have a distinctive look in each season. Other attractions include the Yalu River Railway Bridge, the Yalu River Scenic Area, and the Yunfeng Lake Tourist Resort.
