Jian Ou Dongyue Temple, also known as Dongyue Palace. It is located at the east gate of Jianou City - the southern foot of Huali Baihe Mountain, facing south, covering an area of more than 40 acres. Dongyue Temple is not only one of the few ancient Taoist buildings in Fujian Province, but also in the six provinces of East China. In terms of the scale, shape and cultural relic value of its main building, the "Holy Emperor Temple", it is rare in the province. In 2006, it was listed as a national key cultural relics protection unit.
