Chengziya site is a record of early human activity, there are various ceramic devices, because Zhangqiu Longshan culture representative of spades is characterized as thin as eggshell, showing the ancestors early human superb manufacturing process.
In 1961, the State Council announced that the Chengziya Site was selected as the first batch of key cultural relics protection units in the country. The Chengziya Site Museum was established on the Zhangqiu Chengziya Site, and is the first prehistoric cultural site museum in Shandong. Chengziya Site is located on the riverside platform on the Northeast of Longshan Village, Longshan Street, Zhangqiu District, Jinan City, Shandong Province. It is on the north side of the east bank of Juye River and Jiaoji Railway. It is 35 kilometers away from Jinan City to the west, and the Wuyuan River is opposite to Longshan Town. The area is 200,000 square meters, and the cultural accumulation is 3~ 6 meters. Founded by Wu Jinding in 1928. In 1930, the Institute of History and Languages of the Central Research Institute and the Shandong Provincial Department of Education jointly excavated in 1931, Li Ji, Fu Sinian, Liang Siyong and other 7 people compiled an archaeological report collection "Chengzi Cliff". Chengziya Site belongs to the black pottery cultural site of Longshan Town, Licheng, Shandong Province, and is also one of the earliest Neolithic sites discovered and excavated by Chinese scholars. It was originally characterized by polishing black pottery. It was once called "black pottery culture". The post-archaeological community will represent the site of Chengziya in Longshan Town. The remains of the chemical are named Longshan Culture, now known as Longshan Culture in Shandong Province. In the winter of 1989 and spring of 1990, the Shandong Provincial Institute of Cultural Relics and Archaeology focused on exploring the western part of the site, and found the remains of the site during the Longshan Cultural Period and the Yueshi Cultural Period.
