Simen Tower is located northeast of Liubu Town in Licheng District, Jinan City, Shandong. It is a preserved stone tower from the Sui Dynasty in China, and it is also a one-level courthouse style tower. It was built in the late Sui Dynasty, over 1300 years ago. The tower is flat and four-sided like a square. The body of the tower was built using gigantic blue stones and is very sturdy. It has one arch door on each of its four sides, hence its name meaning "four door tower".
