It's on the left side of the Nishirokuheiwa Tower, under the Hanshin Expressway.
Original Text
On the map of TripAdvisor, it is located on the road opposite the Nishiroku Heiwa Tower, but it is actually on the left side of the Nishiroku Heiwa Tower, under the Hanshin Expressway.
This is next to Nishi Rokuhei. (Under the elevated Hanshin Expressway No. 1) When there was Shinmachi Yukaku, it was called Shinmachi Bridge because it was a bridge over the Nishi Yokobori River, beyond the main gate on the east side of Yukaku. Looking at the explanation, there was also a picture that showed the situation at that time.
A bridge that becomes the entrance of Shinmachi yukaku

The Shinmachi Bridge, which was built in 1672, was the only bridge located east of Shinmachi Yukaku. At the west end of the bridge, there is a Daimon gate that is the entrance to the yukaku, and it seems that it was a lively place where night shops lined up to the top of the bridge.
There is a monument near the bottom of the Hanshin Expressway. The monument was designed to make you feel the remnants of the bridge, and there was an explanation, but it is somewhat dim. There is a parking lot and bicycle parking lot right under the highway. There is no remnant of that time.
The west side of the Hanshin Expressway No. 1 loop line was made by reclaiming the former Nishi Yokobori River. The Shinmachi Bridge, which was hung on the Nishi Yokobori River, was sorry for the role at the same time as reclaiming. It's a monument as a history of the town, so it's not for sightseeing purposes, but it makes sense to know.
