In short, a word was miserable. Later, I found out that I could rent equipment, but I didn't have time. I regret it. . . . . But the scenery above is really magnificent! And there are fewer people, there is no one around, that feeling is very wonderful, a little scared, but the body automatically walks and explores!

Oiseyama Daiyue is located in Kamakawa, near Asahikawa City, Hokkaido, Japan. It is the highest peak in Hokkaido, and it is more than 2,000 meters above sea level. It takes about an hour and a half to get to the Daiyue cable car station from JR Asahikawa Station. There is also a shuttle bus from Asahikawa Airport. Take a ten-minute box cable car to increase the height of 500 meters, and then come to the mountain position to see the station, so you can start hiking. However, late July to early September is the rainy season in Hokkaido. It often rains and the fog is very thick on the mountain. It is not a good season for hiking. Less than a few hundred meters from the position, the plank road is already a mess of stones, inconvenient to walk, rainy days are more dangerous. The ice layer on the surface of the two small ponds on the mountain has not yet completely melted, and it is vaguely visible in rain and thick fog, and white light shines from time to time.

Ordinary comfortable clothing is fine, some sections of the ground is gravel, it is recommended to wear sneakers with a thin sole. It takes about3.5-4 hours to and from the top of Yue Yue, and a total of about4.5-5 hours. This is a bit difficult. There is mountaineering experience and suitable clothing. It is also recommended to try. You can enjoy the scenery from different heights, which is very different. Most of the roads are very slippery gravel roads. You must have non-slip shoes. Waterproof and non-slip mountaineering shoes are the most suitable. The weather on the mountain is changeable, rainy and foggy, and waterproof coats are still needed. Gloves and trekking poles help climbing, gloves do not need to be too good, the cable car station has gloves, but it is best to bring your own old, or the new gloves are worn pain, there is a section of the mountain is too slippery, I simply grab the side of the protective rope to slide down, hands are worn so painful. When I went down the mountain, the slippery road hurt my knees. Don't protect me from being young. I didn't do my homework in advance, and I hurt my knee before I went down the mountain. The temperature on the top of the mountain is low, after all, 2291 meters, bring a warm mid-layer sandwich. If it is the cable car to the station and start hiking to see the pool a circle of several observation decks and the top of the mountain of Daiyue, there is no hidden danger of encountering bears, you can not bring bear bells, the more Daiyue climbs up the more bare, all stones, bears will not come. Go to the Heping line or do not take the cable car from the foot of the mountain to see the posture, is the bear activity area, to be prepared. There is a special bus from Asahikawa Station to this place. It takes an hour and a half. There are only three trips a day this season. After arriving at the end, you can take the cable car directly or climb up. We bought a round-trip cable car ticket, 10.21 before 2,900 yen, then 1,800 yen, it was two days away. The cable car runs every 15 minutes and the five-minute trip. After getting off the cable car, you can continue to climb to the top of the mountain. We climbed to the fifth observatory and returned, because there is no climbing equipment to climb up. The scenery on the mountain is very good, if it is summer, there are beautiful plants.

Take the bus from Asahikawa Station to Daiyue, at bus station 9, there is a ticket machine in the Rosen convenience store next to it to buy tickets in advance. We went at the end of June. I didn't expect that there was a lot of snow on the mountain. Many roads had to step on thick snow. The mirror pool was only a little bit. It was more suitable for late July.
