I&#39;ve been here at least ten times, and I love this bar. Not only do they serve great mixed drinks, but also they have great food. Saturday nights are crowded with the younger set and it&#39;s fun to be there, as well as anytime when it&#39;s a bit slower.

A good restaurant, the food is very tasteful and tastes good.

Background: Looking for some post-dinner drinks, our tour group followed some loud music and found this little pub along Chaksibari Marg in Thames, upstairs on the second floor. Established in 2009, there is not much Irish about the place other than its name, the large Irish flag on display and the Guinness on the menu. The pub seats a crowded 50 people and serves mostly Continental/Irish fare. Where smoke and booze flow freely, it also offers the usual Guinness as well as a variety of cocktails and other drinks. With a live, open-air rock band almost nightly, it is by far the loudest bar in Thames, rocking well into the night. Despite its overall run-down, grimy appearance, Paddy&#39;s is still a favourite spot among expats. Your call. Grade B+. .
