Even the rural towns on the outskirts look antique, making it an ancient architectural art center and cultural center of Nepal since ancient times.

Durbar Square, a place that has been hit by an earthquake, is a pity.
It's very contemporary, a big clock, worth seeing
This large bronze bell on Durbar Square was built by King Bahadur in 1797. This big bell will ring when the old palace holds various major events. It is said that the bell can drive away evil souls. Regardless of its appearance or location, the big clock and the surrounding temples and carved stone pillars form a harmonious and perfect picture, once again showing the glory of the Nepalese palace.
