Traveling to Australia, this stop came to Sydney. I participated in a local group for a day trip to the Blue Mountains to check in. At noon, I came to Katoomba town at the foot of the mountain for lunch. Instead of eating with the group, I found a small Have a bite at the coffee shop. The small coffee shop is opposite the cartoon blue hotel. The shop is very small and the sign is not obvious. The shop mainly serves coffee. I ordered a cup of Australian white. Originally, Australian white should have a strong coffee flavor, but here is the opposite, with a relatively mild taste. I also ordered an avocado grilled toast. The toast was a little too hot and the sides were mushy, but I feel that Australians don’t care about eating something a little mushy. It really tastes quite delicious. Avocados are very well-ripe and rotten when pressed. Butter is sandwiched between the toast and avocado. The beef melts when heated, and the avocado is crushed and eaten together. The light avocado taste is good.
This is a very moody tea house located on Ruhrray Street in Katoomba, New South Wales. The environment is very elegant, offering coffee, black tea and desserts. The owner has devoted himself to making every cup of coffee, which is not only pure in taste, but also pleasing to the eyes. I really like the casual feel here.
The pattern on the coffee can make you forget a lot of troubles, thank you.
