Service is good, the place is always clean and the food - well, it&#39;s Subway. Healthy fare for a quick lunch or dinner.

I&#39;m not sure why there are not many more reviews for this place as it is always busy (but not over crowded) when I go. They have been there for MANY years with the same staff. Being from NY, I&#39;ve had my share of great bagels. This shop is not a NYC/Long Island bagel store but you can get a good bagel, sandwich, basic spreads (whitefish, chive/lox/veggie/plane cream cheese) and many low or no fat versions. They also have cookies, muffins, soda, juice and coffee. They do not have to-go type appetizing section that you would find in a NYC type bagel store (Lox -Nova and Belly, whole whitefish, sable, herring, onions/tomatoes, knishes, assorted salads, 1/2 gallon of milk/OJ, butter, etc....) Don&#39;t get me wrong, they do have lox, onions, tomatoes, tuna salad, cold cuts and other things for a sandwich but not in the typical appetizing case or pricing for &quot;to-go&quot; orders. I guess there&#39;s a small market for a traditional appetizing section in Kendall. The service is good and people are friendly. The fresh squeezed OJ is good!! The pricing of the bagels and spreads to-go are fair but the dine in prices are a bit higher but not unreasonable. Never had a bad experience either dine-in or to-go. Give it a try...MUCH better than the chain stores or what is sold in supermarkets!!

So disappointed! Let me start by saying that the extra card is due to the wonderful customer service provided over the phone. The ladies who answered the phones the various times I called were very kind and professional. Came here for free cheese fondue day. The place absolutely reeks! Our cheese fondue had a horrible bitter taste, and let me tell you that I love all kinds of cheese! The bread was so stale and the other snacks to dip in the cheese were just awful. I won&#39;t be coming back, even if it&#39;s free!
