What people are saying:

Kerry Park is the location of many Seattle postcards and is almost the best place to take a picture of downtown Seattle. It not only closes the space needle towers in the frames, but also, if you have the luck, the Rainier Snow Mountains. Kerry Park is located in Seattle's residential area, halfway up the hill, only such a commanding heights can enjoy the view. The Kelly Park observation deck is actually small, not over 100 meters long and wide, but the location is excellent, very popular, no matter the day and night are gathered many tourists and photography enthusiasts. Standing on the high platform, downtown Seattle, the landmarks - the Space Needle Tower, the view of Eliot Bay, the snow-capped Mount Rainier in the distance seems to be in front.

Additional Information

Introduction

Kerry Park in Seattle is a hillside park that gives an excellent view to the Seattle skyline, especially thanks to the steel sculpture "Changing Form" that stands in the middle of the park. The park is located at 211 W. Highland Drive in Seattle and is managed by the Seattle Parks and Recreation Department. If you are a photography fan, you are sure to enjoy the unique view of the Space Needle and all of Seattle in panoramic beauty. The park is open to the public throughout the year and weddings and other events may be held on the site. An excellent place to picnic or just enjoy a sunny afternoon, Kerry Park is walking distance from dozens of hotels and museums, making it a highlight of any trip into the city. Oddly, the park is referred to (incorrectly) as "Highland Park" because of its position on Highland Drive.
