I just happened upon this place by accident. Was wandering the back streets by the station thinking I would splurge on a Kobe beef dinner and was reading the menu when a waiter popped out and asked if I wanted to come in. Was I right in saying "yes'! Great service and amazing beef. I went for the sirloin, medium size selection (160 grams) with the "B" dinner set which included two appetizers, salad, soup, side dishes, rice, and a large portion of beef (the C includes dessert and an extra appetizer). It was like eating butter--almost too buttery but amazing. A large amount of extraordinary food. Not cheap. Even though this was the medium size and the near-highest quality (but not the filet) of beef--it was $160 or so with one beer. Worth it for a splurge. It is not easy to find (and was mostly empty at 7pm on a Wednesday--no other tourists) but well worth google-mapping and seeking out. Also English is not a problem for the staff.
If you're looking for genuine kobe beef experience, this is place need to check out. It was a short walk from JR sannomiya. I was served up the best kobe beef I've ever had. We had the bbq with a while bunch of sides and rice. Nakahodo san spoke good english he learnt from a regular customer that was an English teacher. His service is impeccable which made the experience much more enjoyable. If I return to Japan I would definitely come back without hesitation. Very under rated establishment.
Good quality of meat but too expensive, service was good though, well located in Sannomiya. Would not come again , there are better choices to eat Kobe beef.
We went for the cheapest option at lunch which was AUD$60+ for the two of us. It got us 80g of Kobe beef each and sides of soup, salad, veggies and rice. We ate the rice and salad but couldn't eat the rest. About two bite sized pieces of meat was good but the rest was very mediocre. We were shown the trophies and asked to take photos but we've had far better meals for half the price during our 2+ week trip in Japan (3rd time).
这家烧肉就比较精美一些。东西也还不错,两个人可以点套餐,再加一点其他料理挺不错的,环境好。人不算多,所以还挺清静的,不太好找。
来神户自然要吃一顿神户牛啦,但马牛中等级高于A4的才能称之为神户牛,一年产量仅有2000头。神户牛的售卖有严格规定,仅在被协会认可的肉店和餐厅才能买到。这家八坐和在tablog的评分很高,在神户有8家分店,有能力买下整头神户牛,因此一方面有最高等级的冠军牛,一方面价格也能便宜些。此次选了三种不同等级的肉,制作成steak和寿喜烧(两人份起点)。
感觉这家店更像是吃家常菜的,虽然是吃烧肉,不过都是一份一份的装好的。吃上去也挺方便的,环境也好。没有普通烧肉店那种油烟。
这个是做好之后的烧肉。更像是吃一份一份的菜,其实也挺好的,干净利索,味道就中规中矩,没有烤肉那种滚烫火爆的感觉了,一般吧。
这家餐厅有米其林的水准和环境好服务好而且他们的蔬菜非常好吃很新鲜
