Kobe trip, finished the sea to the Mouriya restaurant to taste the famous Kobe steak. Originally said that the New Year rest, did not want to open, a big surprise. Sitting in front of the iron plate, the master makes 11 pieces of beef in turn, salting, peppering, mustard and flavoring, and the entrance feels the delicious blend of beef, gravy and fat. The skill and focus shown by the cooker is equally pleasing.
The iron plate is delicious, the place is not big, but the price is good. The iron plate is delicious. The boss is very enthusiastic and we can meet every request. There are more locals than tourists here. So it is a true local food.
Very good restaurant, the waiter is very careful to explain every part of the beef, different eating methods. The shop sells mature cows, all of which are high in quality and not cheap, but cp is high.
The customer service is very good
Afternoon tea in the hotel, two layers of pastries, and two pots of pear black tea and coffee. After eating, the staff came to call us: "The hall bonfire is on! Remember to barbecue before dinner, drink champagne, no money!" We dizzy drink no money champagne, and dizzy was led to eat iron plate. The Chef showed us the ingredients for dinner with truffles, caviar, foie gras, sea urchins, and cattle, and crayfish. I said this was a nice piece of beef that I couldn't afford, and the Chef said it didn't matter, if I wanted to eat it after, the voucher for go to can be used for meat. Me: One more piece. 400g and cow almost gave us yue. Chef: "I am really happy to serve you two today. The greatest happiness of our chefs is to look at guests like you, who are obviously too fast to support Yue, but don't consciously smile like this." "So please don't waste the rest of the pot of crawfish rice." I made you a baking meal, please be sure to take it back to the room to eat. "From the restaurant all the way out, every clerk sincerely asked me if I was full, and I was stopped when I walked to the hall. The sister pushed us into the big sofa. "The dessert for dinner is to be roasted on the comfortable sofa. So don't rush back to your room. I'll get you dessert and tea. Not much, just one bowl each."
The Kobe beef ribs were simply delicious. It melted in our mouths! The staff was really friendly and Ken even waited for us to get out of the restaurant at the end of the night for a photo with us. Ken looked like a passionate chef who loved his job and his clients. We would recommend it to our friends and family. It is expensive but it is worth it if you like delicious steaks.
