The Pork Noodle is the old style cuisine and iconic dish in Sabah. The soup is very tasty pork broth, with great soft pork meat slices, meatballs, pork liver, pork stomach intestine, and some veggies. The noodles are serve in two style, either with soup or dry style (noodle mixed with dark soy sauce and pork oil). Then, you may choose yellow noodle, kueh tiaw, or mee hoon, for noodles.Personally I like the soup very much, but I don't like the sweet taste in dry noodle, but someone else might like.
