Guandu Ancient Town is one of the famous historical and cultural towns. It is one of the birthplaces of Yunnan culture and the main historical and cultural landscape of Yunnan tourism, especially Kunming tourism. It has a long history in the period of Nanzhao and Dali Kingdom, and it has become a major market town and transportation hub on the northeast bank of Dianchi Lake. Before the Song Dynasty, a ferry was set up, and fishing boats and past official boats stopped here, and they changed to take a sedan chair or ride a horse through the champion building into Kunming City, hence the name "Guandu". The ancient town is home to many ancient buildings, Buddhist temples, attics, and temples, commonly known as "six temples, seven pavilions, and eight temples." There are more than 10 national, provincial, municipal and district-level cultural relics protection units, and national AAAA-level tourist attractions.
The ancient town of Guandu is very lively at night, and the morning is very deserted, the contrast is sharp, Kunming people get up very late. The ancient town at eight is still very deserted. The ancient town is not well planned. Shopping is on the road, and the pedestrian street is crowded.
