Kaishi cuisine is a dish that was originally served in Japanese tea ceremony, and is now not limited to the tea ceremony, but has become a popular high-end dish in Japan. "Kaishi" means to be browned by the sage. It is in the form of "one juice three dishes" (also one juice two dishes).
Our seven-course menu included sashimi, tempura, sushi and soup, and cattle, fish and vegetables, most of which were delicious (I was interested in soy milk, Japanese fried eggs and dessert). Each was well-displayed (especially appetizers). Beautiful park in the middle - quite cozy. Service was excellent, attentive and polite!
The amazing Shan Xuan tea, quiet in the noisy, presents the dishes in a simple way. The rice is made of rice grown in Shiga Prefecture, which is fragrant and glutinous. For each dish, a service staff will come to introduce the method and ingredients of the dish.
