In the evening, passing by the gate of Qinglianyuan, I saw an orderly lined up team. It turned out to be a special night scene that was especially open in spring and autumn. Into the temple, the blue light on the fence is faint, the light wind blew, the ancient trees towering.
Qinglian Square, the predecessor of Qinglianyuan, was also founded by the most master (the Japanese Tiantai ancestor). During the Heian period, the emperor entered the temple and renamed Qinglianyuan as a gate temple. Qinglianyuan was once the temporary royal palace of a certain emperor, so it was called the Sutian Imperial Palace.

Qinglianyuan is a pleasant and calm temple that exudes a sense of serenity that can be touched. It is only a few steps away from the bustling streets of Dongshan District, but as you cross the threshold of the front door of the temple, it seems to have returned to a simpler, calmer era. You can sit down and enjoy tea, stare at the top of the four courtyards, and enjoy the dancing of light and shadow on maple and cherry leaves, flowers and moss.
Qing Lian Yuan is famous in Japan for its four large courtyards, which are attributed to the different lighting designs of Japanese landscape architecture. The courtyard is sometimes illuminated at night, occasionally a place for traditional zither (Japanese zither) concerts.
The temple itself is known for its statues and its important position in Japanese history. Qinglianyuan once protected the founders of the 13th century New Buddhism, the Father of Fran and the relatives of relatives. The contemporary followers of the sect believe that this is a particularly sacred place.
