Great educational opportunity
The stream profile chamber was closed for repairs on our visit, but the paved Rainbow Trail leading to and from it has lots of interpretive signs describing the flora, fauna and ecology of the area. K...
Easy walk but don't get your hopes up
The stream profile chamber is basically a one room aquarium. It has been closed most of the summer. It is free, and there is ample parking, and there is a nice walk through the meadow.
Great place to see various types of fora and fauna.
The walk is easy and beautiful with interpretation on the markers to identify types of plants and animals you see. Be sure to call ahead. When we were there in mid-September, 2018 the stream profile...
