wxx1026Very French-style place. It's beautiful to take pictures in good weather, that is, the maple leaves are not very red when the National Day comes. The old town is not too big, half a day is enough to go shopping, there are many cafes and small restaurants.
BetTerDAYThe Fontinac Hotel is the landmark of Quebec City, and the tourist center. The landmark of a city is actually a hotel. It is really amazing. I was fortunate to check in this world-famous castle. It is really a fairy tale. Experience.
朝霞浮萍Little Champlain Street is my favorite place in Canada when I am visiting. It used to be a colonial area of France, and many people still speak French. The official language here is also French. This is the most concentrated place of tourists in Quebec City. It's really beautiful.
BetTerDAYThe lower part of Quebec City has a little Parisian style. Walking here seems to be walking on the miniature Champs Elysées. The locals who come and go all speak French, which still feels very exotic.
小花猫大笨熊Quebec ☔️ One day trip to the old town～
The main church of the Sanctuary of Our Lady is under repair. You can enter from the side door to visit. I encountered a wedding and saw a beautiful bride. Very few relatives and friends attended. We were very gossiping and guessed the reason for a long time [smile]
It is the oldest church in this parish in North America and the first church in North America to be upgraded to the Pontifical Temple (1874). It is currently listed as a World Heritage Site. The cathedral has a neoclassical facade, decorated with rich artworks: stained glass, paintings and altar lamps (a gift from Louis XIV).
BetTerDAYThe star-shaped fortress castle is an attraction that I stumbled upon when wandering around in the old city of Quebec City. When I entered the fortress and saw the name on the wall, I knew what the attraction was. I didn't really see the star-shaped fortress. I was only in this city.
