At this time, a white-bearded old man appeared to help them figure out a way to build the tower successfully. The base of the Liaoyang White Tower is composed of the base and the Sumi. The base is6.2 meters high, and the exterior is set with stone strips to form an octagonal two-story base. The first floor is topped by a masonry wall with no mantle; the second floor is a blue stone wall with mantle on top of a stone. Its architecture is very majestic, so it attracts thousands of tourists to visit here every year to experience the different local customs.

Jinzhou Daguangji Temple Pagoda has a clear chronological year, built in Liaodao Zongqingning three years (1057), Beizhen twin towers were built around Liaodao Zong Tianxiang years, so it can be speculated that Liaoyang Baita should be built in the Liao Dynasty. Although the descendants have been rebuilt and built many times, they still maintain the style of the original construction.

The specific construction period of the Liaoyang White Tower has been impossible to verify. From the architectural style and detailed practice, the Liaoyang White Tower and Jinzhou Daguangji Temple Tower are more consistent in style, and the twin towers in Beizhen are also very close.
