About Liquan: Liquan County is a county in Xianyang City, Shaanxi, located in the southwest of the province’s Guanzhong region, where the Loess Plateau and Wei River Valley converge. Liquan has a long history and is one of the major sources of cultural relics in Shaanxi. There are many ancient sites here, most famously the Zhaoling or Zhao Mausoleum of Emperor Taizong of Tang. The county's Tang-era (618-907) Su Tomb has more stone carvings than most tombs from the era, which are also better preserved than those from most tombs from the era. Other popular tourist attractions include Yuanjia Village, Liquan Lake, and the “Imperial Peach Orchard” (Yutaoyuan).
