The service was extremely attentive with very knowledgeable and passionate staff. The food and presentation was outstanding. Would absolutely visit again and highly recommend to others who enjoy higher end dining. 10/10 experience.

Finally booked the hottest restaurant in Lisbon Restaurante 100 Maneiras, the 10-course Tasting Menu even the pregnant woman ate. We were the earliest guests at 7:30, and the locals had dinner at 8 － at 9 o&#39;clock. In the first hour, everyone took care of us, like a private room. After waiting for 2 hours, the restaurant was full of food and drink. It is said that the evening session at 11－ is also very lively.

Compared to Spain, the noisy dining environment and super enthusiastic service staff make people feel more comfortable. Ordered three kinds of shrimp: red shrimp, Mozambique tiger shrimp, lobster. Our experience at Suba was 95% excellent - one of the courses was a meat dish with foie gras - 3 of our diners&#39; selection was nearly unchewable - one diners&#39; selection was excellent - when we mentioned that the dish was not up to the standards of the other dishes we were basically ignored (there was also disagreement among the waitstaff as to whether it was aged beef or veal - other than that hiccough - the rest of the meal and all of the waitstaff were excellent.

Suba is an extraordinary culinary experience that truly deserves five stars. The exquisite dishes on the tasting menu were a delight, offering a perfect blend of flavors and textures. The service was impeccable, with attentive and knowledgeable staff who made the evening truly special. The ambiance is elegant and inviting, providing a perfect setting for a memorable dining experience. You have an amazing view of the Tragus River no matter where you are seated. Afterwards, one of the hostesses lead us to the roof top to catch amazing views for pictures when we were done dining, even though the bar upstairs was closed! Suba is a must-visit for anyone seeking exceptional cuisine in Lisbon.
