The best view over the city
I went there on a Monday, it was not busy. Prices are not bad, considering the location. Staff is ok. The views are totally worth it, maybe even better than from the castle.
Worth it for the view
The entrance to the 'skyscraper' are the large doors on Štefanova ulica. We went up to have a drink and take a photo of the views but 1) it was extremely windy so wasn't much fun being outside and 2) ...

Excellent 360 degrees view of the city of Ljubljana. Nice spot to stop for a drink and snack while taking in the amazing view from up high.
