The Ljubljana City Hall was built in 1718, originally in Gothic style, but later changed into a Venetian-inspired Baroque style. In the past, the town hall was often the place where locals held weddings, but now they all go to the castle to hold their weddings. The first floor of the City Hall is open to the public. The city hall has four exhibition halls, which mainly display various art exhibitions such as Ljubljana's urban development history and international intercity cooperation. If you have plenty of time, you can watch these exhibitions. Unfortunately, the exhibition is mainly in Slovenian, and the content is generally unreadable. Next to the city hall is a Roman-style fountain.

The City Hall, built in 1718, is located in the city square and is a Renaissance building. On the square is the Caniola Fountain built in 1751. The three groups of statues at the base of the Caniola Fountain represent the three rivers of Slovenia: Sava, Krka and Ljubljana.
