The Ledbury

Core restaurant, worthy of being selected in the list of Ctrip Food Forest Restaurant, can really give five stars a full score, if you want to say that there is really any fly in the ointment, it is that the portion of the dish can be bigger.

It is not the best food in London and it is not even the best value food in London. However it is exceptionally reliable. I have been here about 15 times a year for the last five years and the food is incredibly good and consistent. The staff are friendly, yet attentive. The atmosphere always brilliant, not however somewhere you want to go for a quiet conversation. They have actually taken the time to find seriously good mixes of music which changes all the time, like their menu. Old favourites remain but they change others every few months. Rueben Sandwich is fantastic as is the Steak Tatare and House Malbec. Sad that the Diner Club scheme is ending but even at full price it is a wonderful gem in London which I have lost many hundred hours of my life to. If you can get a table outside, it is a great place to have breakfast and watch Portobello Road walk by.

Love this place. Older host wasn&rsquo;t welcome or accommodating when we arrived and said we couldn&rsquo;t have the table for 4 we liked the look of even though nobody had booked it. But great service. Great vibe. And always great good x

Great restaurant in Notting Hill. The food was really great and generous sized, the staff were funny, kind and attentive. Lovely spot for a date night or friends catch up. Not fancy so don&rsquo;t wear high heels but really really nice.

Absolutely impeccable service, food and dining ambience. Very knowledgeable and friendly waiters, every dish was well-explained. The lamb shoulder, pork belly and lobster tail were incredibly delectable - my favourite dishes. There&#39;s no fault to find with The Ledbury. Simply wonderful.
