Came across this whilst waiting to change buses at Marble Arch which is close by. Quite a large bronze statue, unsure of significance.
This is a modern, and perhaps even a whimsical, bronze statue of a horse's head. Any cruel connotations are probably wrong, as this sculpture is a lot of fun.
