About Longkou: Longkou is situated in northeastern Shandong province, close to the city of Yantai. The area is home to a number of historical and cultural attractions, including the remains of the old city, Qimu Island, Nanshan Scenic Area, a shrine to the Qin dynasty court sorcerer Xu Fu and the former Qing dynasty residence of the wealthy Ding family.
