My boyfriend and I took the Goldline to Union Station and walked the 1.5 miles to eat lunch here. As others have said, its down the alley on your left. The people inside greeted us kindly. We order 1 ground beef pie, 1 chunky beef pie, 1 lamington and 1 custard pie. The crust was sooo flaky and good! The filing was warm and delicious. I liked the ground beef over the chunky one. The lamington was very moist, but the custard was my favorite. Overall, good food!
Australian excellence in a pie. Still delicious and so worth the visit. Have been to another spot that sells Aussie pies in Westwood and thought it was the same owners... just a few weeks ago. So..they arent , it isnt the same and imo.. Samantha's Aussie pies are absolutely priceless imo ...delicious flaky pastry and the fillings, whether its lamb or beef is tastier and seasoned perfectly. Just wish some of em had some cheese infused with the meat ummmmm
I've never had Australian meat pies. But now I've tried them, and I am a fan. First of all, the people who work here are so super nice and helpful. I love them. They are so happy that you are a customer, which is a nice feeling and kind of rare in L.A. They recommended the ground beef meat pie since I was a first-timer, and it was so good. The crust is wowzers, and the meat filling is generous and flavorful and dripping. Yum. I also tried the bacon and sausage egg pie (it's like a quiche, but they don't call it that here). This was also fantastic. That egg mixture is so fluffy. I can't wait to come back.
I have been here a few times, but only ordered coffee. Their flat whites are amazing. They do have an assortment of pies and by all accounts they are yummy. Great spot for coffee if you are in the garment district.
慕名到Bronzed Aussie吃它出名的甜点,可是到哪里找了很久才在在一个巷子里面,一个很干净的地方,找到了这家店。地方非常的小,这里的特色就是澳大利亚特色的猪肉派,虽然我没去过澳大利亚吃过正宗的猪肉派,但是这个猪肉派确实是很好的,又吃的牛肉馅饼,想鸡肉饼一样但是成分感觉有点少,这里有各种不同的馅饼,下次过来的一定会试一试其他的馅饼,我也外带了一点馅饼准备回到酒店吃,不过很不幸的就是回到酒店的时候馅饼已经少了一大半了。在店里我也点了一杯咖啡,咖啡不是很淡,也不是太苦,还是很好喝的不过我还是加了许多糖,个人比较喜欢甜甜的东西。
滚烫的铁板牛肉端上来,真的香味扑鼻,让人食欲大动,而且牛肉旁边还配了,烤过的大蒜,非常脆,非常香。牛肉的品质也是非常的五分熟。
