232***65Very unique view on the top of the mountain. We were actually late for the reservation, the restaurant helped us to postpon our booking from 5:30pm to 8:00pm. We were very grateful for the assistance they offered, everything was great, great view, great foods and great people!
d36***08A half-day tour of the lake by steamboat + Walter Plateau Ranch tour is a beautiful experience that is fresh in the memory of the Queenstown trip. From Queenstown Port to the Ranch Wharf, the steamboat takes 45 minutes one-way, a total of 1.5 hours round-trip voyage, and boat viewing. One is to watch the ancient style of the ship. The steamship TSS Earnslaw, built in 1912, has been baptized by wind and waves for more than a hundred years. It has grown stronger and stronger over time. It is the only coal-fired steamship still in normal operation in the southern hemisphere. Wandering on the boat, looking at the handsome captain at the helm, watching the young fireman swinging a shovel to deliver coals, listening to the melodious music of the teacher's nai luthier, and tasting the authentic taste of coffee and desserts. It is leisurely and comfortable. The second is to appreciate the beautiful scenery of the lake. On the deck, in front of the portholes, and in the corridors, you can admire the scenery of Lake Wakatipu up close. The lake breeze is blowing, the waves are dancing happily, the scenery is charming and refreshing.
DJDQAfter visiting the South Island of New Zealand's North Island, Queenstown is my favorite place. There are so many delicious, fun and beautiful scenery, as well as various play experiences. No matter which bite you are, you can find a way to attract you here. Bungee jumping, jet boat, lake cruise, sky gondola and restaurants, I also spend the most money in Queenstown hahaha. The fly in the ointment is that the weather here is unpredictable and overcast. Whether it can catch up with the good weather depends entirely on luck.
Herman_travellerI visited Queenstown for 5 days and wandered around the lake every day happily. it's a very beautiful and peaceful lake with many ducks and seagulls and people like to gather there in the evening.
