Guangxi Waterfall is a large waterfall in the Luang Prabang region. It is a waterfall group that comprises many waterfalls. Luang Prabang is situated in a valley surrounded by mountains by the bank of Mekong River. It is an old city in Laos with nearly one thousand years of history. According to a U.N. survey, the entire city of Luang Prabang contains over 600 ancient buildings that have preservation value. In addition, as a millenial Buddhist city, it it is the center of Buddhism in Laos. It has many temples and Buddhist pagodas. The residents are faithful Buddhists. Every morning, long lines of worshipers who are waiting for donations as well as monks asking for alms are on the streets can be seen. It is quite a magnificent sight.
