Lujiang is situated in Anhui province close to the provincial capital Hefei. The county has a rich history and is known for its picturesque scenery and pleasant climate. The wetland nature reserve of Huangpi Lake is located here, and is home to a wide range of plant and animal species including migratory birds. Yefu Mountain National Forest Park is a few kilometers east of Qijiang County. The park has splendid architecture with many structures that date back to ancient times. It is known as "The Little Jiuhua North of Yangtze River.” Fuhu Temple is an ancient building complex situated at the peak of Yefu Mountain, with towering buildings and deep Zen rooms. The park also contains other ancient relics such as Hupao Spring, Xihudun and Bao'en Temple. The park is covered with lush vegetation, flowers and plants. The overall environment gives visitors a sense of serene seclusion and quietness.
Developed by Anhui Tangchi Film and Television and Culture Industry, Guoxuan Hot Spring Palace is located in Tangchi, Lujiang. Designed by internationally-renowned designer Liu Jidong, the project was designed around the idea of "the round sky and the square Earth." It is one of the largest hot spring bath centers in Asia. It is also a cultural and leisure project that combines movie and television filming, a hot spring resort and an indoor water world, in a Mediterranean style with a fantasy of stars.
Located in Tangchi Town, west of Lujiang County, Anhui Province, Tangchi Hot Spring has multiple spots, with water temperatures reaching 63 degrees centigrade (145 degrees Fahrenheit). Tangchi Town is a famous hot spring resort, where there is Asia’s largest spherical building, Guoxuan Hot Spring Palace, with Mediterranean architectural style. Its children's water park also deserves a visit.
