The Luocheng Yuchenglong Park was built by the people of Luocheng to commemorate Yu Chenglong, the "generation of honest officials". It is located at No. 28, Gongyuan Road, Mulam Autonomous County, Luocheng, Guangxi. Yu Chenglong was born in 1617, a native of Yongning Prefecture, Shanxi Province, in the Qing Dynasty. In the 18th year of Shunzhi, he went to Luocheng to serve as a magistrate. At that time, Luocheng was prosperous due to bandits, and the people were struggling. He adopted the method of "governing troubled times and using heavy code", and took the lead in establishing a joint defense system in urban and rural areas, severely punishing and arresting criminals, benefiting the people of one party and making the people of Luocheng live and work in peace and contentment, and thus won the love and support of the people.
