About Luoding: Luoding is a county-level city in Guangdong that is administered directly by the province. It is located south of the Xi River in western Guangdong and is one of Guangdong’s original cities to be famous for its historical and cultural significance. Luoding has a long history and many tourist attractions. Cultural sites include the Tang-era (618-907) Longkan cliff inscriptions, the Ming-era (1368-1644) Sanyuanbao Pagoda, and the former residence of General Cai Tingkai. Scenic attractions include Julong (“Gathered Dragons”) Cave, Jinyin (“Gold and Silver”) Lake, and Longwan (“Dragon Bay”) in Fuhe.
