After receiving the email confirmation I've called to confirm and add a few precisions to my reservation. The person was very rude repeating they're were full as I tried to explain I'd already reserved. At the end he just told me to cancel. I would have understood a problem if well explained but not rudeness. About 2 hours after I called I received an email in Dutch which I don't speak. After translation no apologies for the inconvenience just the same sentence, they were full.
