澳门这个小城，是一个我颇喜爱的娱乐与美食天堂。每次来度假必定要寻觅难得的美食。这里海鲜中餐名店字号多不胜数，陶陶居、氹仔渔村、龙华酒楼、六记、福临居、晃记饼家&hellip;&hellip;&hellip;。虽然葡式餐厅也是遍布全城，但个人感觉偏甜腻（可能是被广州的澳门街做的山寨版葡菜所致），口味并没有中餐粤菜丰富，所以甚少尝食。        直到一次路环-竹湾海滩-黑沙滩之行，在黑沙海滩碰到这间葡式餐厅并决定进内午餐，使得对葡餐有所改观。餐厅是中午12点才营业，不到点是不开门的。所以在12点前门口已经排了一条略长的队伍。入内后发觉是一间红砖结构的带露天院落，葡式装饰风格的餐馆，有临海的窗边餐位，也有露天花园餐区。老板是一对葡人夫妻，据说是承传家族的生意。就坐后发现食客陆续多了起来，一小会儿就竟坐满了。        点菜后这里是按每张枱就餐人数每人免费配一个烤面包并跟一小盒牛油。先不忙着食用面包，一定要等要上的菜来了才用食，这是食葡餐的决窍。我们四人的菜式是：咖哩大虾、炒蚬、番茄蔬菜沙律。大只的海虾经与咖哩一起烤焗，入口即觉壳脆化肉鲜香，入味了咖哩的海虾肉令食欲即刻大增。刚上的烤面包要开动了，面包脆硬，切开后蘸泡上大虾的咖哩汁就可以当主食。跟着上的炒蚬，每只蚬都是差不多大，炒到刚好开口，新鲜肥美，打上一个酸辣的蒜汁茨又开胃又解腻。当然，最后还是要用面包蘸取泡浸酱汁才能解馋了。最后的蕃茄蔬菜沙律是捞上了橄榄油的，好像还加了醋，清甜爽口又去腻解滞。菜式份量十足，配上面包主食（原来面包是可以再追加的）已经是足够有余了。               这样正宗的葡餐经用心和技巧的料理颠覆了我之前的印象，可能亦很难再遇到第二家了。
